If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days from the date on your invoice.

To Return Merchandise

Please email your return request to: customerservice@spa1221.com and then mail your return item (s) along with a copy of your invoice to our warehouse address, which is listed on your invoice.*

*Please insure and track your return packages. 1221 Spa will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.

Refund Processing

We will gladly exchange or return your Shower Cap if returned within 30 days*. Transit time for returns can add 8-12 days delay from when you ship your package and the refund processing. In addition, banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement. Your refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

*Shower caps should be washed only in cold water, because of the special antifungal fabric used.
